What is NEET MDS Exam?
National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test - Master of Dental Surgery (NEET-MDS) is a competitive entrance exam conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE).
NBE was established in 1975 and it is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. NBE was established as a Society under Delhi Society registration act, to standardizing postgraduate medical education and examination in India.
It is an eligibility-cum-ranking examination prescribed as the single entrance examination to various Post Graduate MDS Courses under Dentists Act, 1948.
NEET-MDS is a single window entrance examination for Dental PG courses. No other entrance examination, either at state or institution level, shall be valid for entry to PG MDS Courses as per Dentists Act, 1948.
NEET-MDS 2020 shall be a single eligibility cum entrance examination namely National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for admission to Postgraduate Dental Courses for the academic session 2020 which will include the following:

Registration and submission of application form for appearing in the NEET-MDS 2020 are to be undertaken online at the website www.nbe.edu.in. Application forms cannot be submitted in the offline/printed copy by post.
The following Dental institution is not covered by centralized admissions for MDS seats through NEET-MDS for 2020 session:
PG seats of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are likely to be included in 50% All India Quota Seats 2019 subject to confirmation by the respective State Governments to Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India.

The online registration will start from 11th October 2019 from 3:00 PM Onwards. Online registration and submission of the application form must be completed by 31 October, 2019.

A candidate has to choose the city in which he/she wants to take the test. Therefore, the choice of the city will depend on the availability of the test centre in a particular city and the allotment shall be done on first come first serve basis
