Mr. Anil Kapasi – Managing Director

Anil Sir is the Founder and Managing Director of Arihant Academy, where he leads the Science and ICSE sections. He has over 30 years of experience in the coaching sector. From 1989 to 1997, he provided private tuition to many students. Anil Sir can be best described as a visionary and a go-getter with a “Do it before you die” attitude! A relentless, tireless, and industrious worker, he excels in maintaining excellent relationships with everyone. An out-of-the-box thinker, sharp negotiator, and a perfectionist at heart, he believes in solving problems at the root-cause level. Widely acclaimed as an excellent teacher of Algebra and Physics since his early teaching days, Anil Sir enjoys a strong connection with his students. The staff at Arihant Academy appreciates his open-door policy and the fact that he is not only approachable but also empathetic. They place immense trust in him and respect him for his hard work, decision-making, and meticulous planning.

Mr. Umesh Pangam – Chairman

Umesh Sir is the Founder and Chairman of Arihant Academy, where he leads the State Board and Commerce sections. He also has over 30 years of experience in the coaching sector. From 1989 to 1997, he provided private tuition to many students. Cool-headed at all times, Umesh Sir works diligently behind the scenes, making optimal use of limited resources and skillfully solving problems with his unique, out-of-the-box thinking. Well-known as one of the best teachers of History and Political Science during his teaching days, Umesh Sir has always had a knack for simplifying concepts and making them easy to understand and remember.
