Allied Publishers Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1934 by Mr.Graham Brash, as a publishing company and an importer of international books from USA and Europe.

The Company was acquired by late Mr. R.N. Sachdev, founder Chairman of Allied Publishers in 1947. Thus started a wholly Indian management, under his inspiring stewardship, and began “The journey of a thousand miles…” .

    Own Publlications:

    We are reputable publisher and have multiple school book series catering to the different school boards in the country (ICSE, CBSE & State boards). We also have our higher academic publishing programme which publishes books for Under Graduate & Post Graduate level.


    APSA is the largest Subscription agent in the country and one of the top 25 Subscription Agents in the whole world. It is not a mere coincidence that thousands of Academic Institutions, Research Organisations, Corporates, Hospitals etc. utilise the services of APSA.

    We are preferred because:

Medical resources could be in the form of books, journals, clinical trials, medical diagnostic software etc. These resource could be made available to the doctors in the traditional paper format as well as digitally.


    We diversified into also distributing Indian published books. In 1972 we saw a huge demand for print journals, and hence established Allied Publishers Subscription Agency to manage print subscriptions of our clients. With the advent of the digital revolution at libraries we became channel partners in India for multiple large foreign publishers to market and sell their digital content.
